As I said last week; there are so many entries on both blog
sites, I asked a man that that has been reading both
sites to ask me questions he believes are pertinent to both blogs so a clear image
of ideas and events could be shown in one post with answers so most can
understand what happened without going back over 4000+ entries between TAH
and my site.
Here is the result of that TV type news reporter

were accused on a blog run by the American Legion called This Ain’t Hell of
impersonating a Lt. Col. In the Civil Air Patrol as well as a USAF officer in a
retired capacity that flew EC-130H Compass Call during Desert Storm. While many divergences from
the members of “This Ain’t hell…” occurred, I will just concentrate on this for
now, then we will examine the other claims.

On 1 email signature I had for a laptop computer posting on a SETI/BIONIC
board, it has two signature blocks. One
as part of the normal profile that says Dr. Dennis Chevalier PhD, etc…. and the
other from the laptop I was using. It
was blank so I started to fill it in with the following title:
“Lt.
Col. United States Air Force Auxiliary Civil Air Patrol, Retired”. But after
typing for so many other things I got lazy and shortened it to just LT.COL USAF
RETIRED. I just wasn’t thinking I was tired and on many medicines for cancer. It wasn’t used to divert or gain or get
anything from anyone and was never brought up by anyone back then. When
directed to explain it by “This Ain’t Hell…” I answered the same.

Why didn’t you go back and remove it?
A: The
cadre at “This Ain’t Hell…” would have you believe I am some kind of evil
mastermind with computers that can make almost anything disappear at will but
it simply just isn’t so.
Those
were scientific research boards. For the
sake of reporting all occurrences in their search for E.T., they cannot alter
anything after it is entered, per SETI.

A:
I have none. I didn’t do them.

Why would someone do this to you?
A:
I have enemies just like anyone else in the world. If you put yourself out in the world,
challenge the way things are dealt with, it’s going to upset some folks. If you don’t have enemies, you’re not being
effective.
Some
have demonstrated in the past they will say anything, do anything to mess with
me and I believe it is this same person as it has been in my past.

Ok, so I am clear, we have three incidents of claim for being in the USAF of
which one you say you did and the other two you did not do?
A:

why did “This Ain’t Hell…” come after you?
Was it only because of those three things?
A:
NO

Why then?
A:
Because I am a licensed private investigator in Texas that on the side, for
free for vets and their family members; verifications on those that are
suspected of stealing actual valor. Scotty Hughes didn’t like me doing anything
related to outing stolen valor. When he
saw that I had posted three links from his blog on my FB wall he went nuclear
and made it his mission to destroy me.
This
man is a former Marine but like a rapacious squealing swamp sow shouting from
the roof top to beware of all that bear gifts, he stole some of his own. What
he stole was money in the form of hot checks in the felony theft range.
You
are given so many chances to pay a bad check.
For a D.A. to file on you for it; you outright refused to settle the
account. Though he was handled for two
felony counts, it is part of a profile of an abusive, overbearing borderline
personality.
He’s
a bully. Just like the bully that messed
with you in school except a much older, creepier one. If anyone or anything gets in-between what he
wants, he will destroy them and is willing to do anything, say anything to
achieve this goal.

What is stealing “Actual Valor”?
A:
Using a false position (lie about serving in the U.S. Armed forces or the
awarding of medals) to obtain services, goods, monies and medical support based
on the lie of claimed military affiliation.
To commit fraud, a criminal act.

A: Oh,
well, I saw Scotty Hughes site and read several of his “exposures” and three
were funny to me. So I did like EVERYONE
on FB does and copied the links and posted them on my FB page. Nothing was altered or claimed as being
performed by me.
Just
a copy and paste.

What happened?
A:
I got two hate-filled messages on the public side of my FB page by Scotty
cursing claiming I stole his busts and threaten me to remove links. I didn’t see what his problem was but after
another round of cursing I blocked him.

Were you ever contacted afterwards by Hughes or Lilyea after that?
A: NO

When did you learn of the attack on your name, background and character?
A:
A FB poster named Frank inserted the link on every page I had; on every entry I
made on my pages and in the review section of my sites. He then went to the State
guard official site and did the same damn thing as well as a CAP blog site.
I
was contacted by friends and family as more of those links appeared all over
their pages too.
Q:
What did you do then?
A:
I closed all of my sites down to attempt to get a grasp of what was going on. I
was getting called from my employers, Guardsmen, CAP friends and so on.
Q:
Did anybody attempt to contact you and ask you anything or offer to get this
straightened out?
A: From
“This Ain’t Hell…”, No they enjoyed inflicting confusion while taunting and
cursing me.

Did you answer their questions in their public forum?
A:
I tried to but they kept making things up along with taunts while cursing
me. It was hell.

Then what?
A:
Mob mentality took over from the group. 6-9 questions were popping up every
minuet so I left to try and deescalate the situation. I kept thinking they can’t be serious… why
would veterans behave like children out of control on a sugar high?
I
discovered that half of the cadre never served a day in their life according to
their own statements. That and the fact that 1 out of 2 that had actual names
you could look up and research were convicts!

Did you go back later to that site to try and settle things?
A:
Yes

What happened?
A:
More of the same but in an upped tempo. There were open solicitations for people
to harm me by calling my clients and remaining family members spreading their
crap along with wanted posters. To call and make false complaints to federal
agencies I am licensed with claiming domestic abuse and other things that could
cause me to lose my licenses.

How long has this been going on?
A:
From Feb. 17th 2014 – ongoing. Facts are completely irrelevant to these
people.

What are your options?
A:
I have filed with the Tarrant County D.A. office for stalking, harmful conduct
and solicitation of violent behavior across state lines.
John Demayo did an article on
Hughes and TAH this year. Because of
their terror tactics, they are implicated in the suicide death of a veteran
that had PTSD and has offered to assist in the investigation.

In reflection what would you do differently if you knew then what you know now?
A:
Let me ask you a question…how would you react to someone turning your entire
life upside down, lying about you, possibly getting your licenses suspended
while being investigated for bullshit claims that can stop your income all the
while those very “people” hind behind fake names and continue to cause more
crap with no accountability whatsoever….all because they don’t agree with you
or what they think of you…how would you fair?
And
why the HELL if their problem was with me and the USAF/CAP stuff did they go
after the Texas State Guard? The ONLY reason was to just cause shit for me and
those I work with. They took photos of my teammates and posted those under the
section header of “phoney, fake, losers” No other reason, no vetting-out of
issues, no correcting anything!
Heed
this warning…they are coming for you too.
If you do or say ANYTHING against their limited view of their world,
these terrorists they will destroy your life too. It’s not if, it’s just when. I work 15 hours a day then come to my hotel
room to spend another3- 5 hours trying to manage the destruction they have
inflicted on me and my family. It has
damaged my health, my finances and my spirit.
All
my life I have helped others by provided services that were needed for those in
need. My repayment is hatred, arrogance, narcissism, and viciousness.
Now
I’m not able to walk down a street without wondering what wack-job might try to

on to part two. The red hearings and
side accusations.
Q: On your blog you show a play by play and
explain why nothing you say or show matters to the “cadre” as you call them.
Why is that?
A:
They enjoy making a man twist and bend but they want to see him break at the
end. This is a sadistic trait of a
bully. They may or may not care about other issues people come in to bring up
but they will use it to exhibit control over their victim.

Let’s talk about the other claims by the cadre.
A:

Why?
A:
They are all answered in my blog. The proof is there and they can verify it by
getting out and spending the funds to do so just like I did. It’s all a
diversion to distract the public from the incredibly lame-ass reason for
attacking me in the first place…to save face.

A:
This is all to Save Scotty Hughes from himself after going after me for no more
than an email signature that never did anything; housed inside an extremely narrow
community where it doesn’t matter who you are.
It
hadn’t happened since 2005 so there was
no urgency or even a need to expose this as they would have you believe. This
is about a grown man having a temper tantrum (Hughes) and taking his toys to his room.

What about the claims of domestic abuse, multiple wives, bigamy, and so on?
A:
What about them? I am licensed by two
federal agencies (FAA and BATF) in connection with three state agencies (TXDPS
for Security and investigations, TXDPS for Concealed Handgun License Instructor
program, and the Texas State Guard).
If
there were ANY hint of truth to those claims I wouldn’t be able to make a
living using those licenses or perform those functions.
Q:
Have there been any issues with your licenses since this started?
A:
Yes. When any agency entrusted with the
public safety receives a complaint they are obligated to investigate it
fully. In doing so this can result in a
suspended license preventing you from operating until cleared. If cleared
everything is removed from your file and you can resume normal operations but
sometimes the damage from such an action is not recoverable.
Q:
Which license(s) were affected?
A:
[No comment] Look he is in my face messing with me because he can. It's behavior that is not honorable, not
ethical, and not legal. I have friends that are Marines and they said Hughes
actions are no honorable and disgraceful. He needs to be
sent back to his room and not given an internet voice in which to continue his
spew!

We are about to finish this 3 day Q&A session. What would you like to ask or say to those
that have read TAH and your blog sites?
A:
EVERY entry, indeed this entire fiasco is out of context without knowing me
personally. People have mannerisms, a
way of communicating and so on. The cadre of TAH would have you believe they
have presented “evidence” of what I am and who I am yet; it is contrived and angled
from the view of humiliation and degradation by people with such low integrity
that they are forced to hind behind fake names and personas.
Of the only two
that have this far, used their real names (Jonn Lilyea and Scotty Hughes), half
of them are convicted criminals. They are self-absorbed indignant children
forcing their “judgment” of people onto unsuspecting and willing participants.
They
have created a central place for everyone that has an axe to grind (former
girlfriends, ex-wives, etc.) on a subject to come and dump unto. Innuendo and suspicion are their tools of the
trade for these bully-terrorists. Misconstrued
intentions and action captured on the internet forever is their canvas of decimation
of their victims.
If
“they” do not understand, or are unable to obtain factual evidence on you, they
make it up as they go.
Example #1: They claim the Wilmer
Police Department said they had NEVER HAD a SWAT team or a LT. Well, WHO said that?
They magnify that statement to mean in the
ENTIRE HISTORY of the Department instead of a (possible) current officer being asked in
context to “their” time at that department that was never present during my
service periods.
I have checked the roster at
the department and there is NO ONE there from the time I was employed. Yet I have letters, photographs, addresses,
telephone numbers and statements from my team members on that SWAT team they
claim didn’t ever exist.
To
the cadre at TAH, this constitutes “proof” or “evidence” it never happened. It
is this kind of childish, unprofessional behavior they say is the “meat” of
their investigations when exposing someone as a “poser”. This is what they did
over my entire life with people that openly say they want to hurt me.
Example
#2” When I was asked what my aviation credentials were, I said” I was a
Commercial Instrument pilot and instructor…” this is a general statement
folks.
This
is how a conversation begins. You start
with the general, then if asked you get specific.
What
kind of pilot? Single engine, high performance complex aircraft. What conditions of flight have you used
instruments? Category 2 approaches. What kind of Instructor are you? I am
instrument ground instructor.
But
to these folks that is embellishing.
People
NO ONE talks like they insist I talk else be accused of embellishing or lying.
No
one can pass that kind of inspection of every conversation you have had or on any mistake and
angry person they have ever encountered. No one ever will or could, and that is
why they hide behind fake names.
Instead, they should take a page from the good book:

paper, things are black and white but life and communication with people contains
multiple versions of grey and because of this a life and its worth cannot be evaluated on simple
paper.
Q: Well you are a bit long-winded aren’t you?
A: These
days I have to be because of the kind of scrutiny these terrorists have evoked. They have stalked me on every media site,
every blog entry, and every action they can get their filthy hands on.
Their tactics induce paranoia and high stress;
a psychological tactic called “The Wilderness of Mirrors”.
Their
victims eventually succumb to these tactics and eventually bend their knee and
kiss the ring, or ring the bell so the attacks stop. But instead of understanding this, they
believe they have won because they made their victim admit to the cadre’s claims.
This is why torture tactics don’t work in the real world for obtaining the
truth on anything.
Q: So what’s next?
A: Our legal system will tell what is next. I have done all I can do to protect myself,
friends and family/co-workers and teammates.
For readers of TAH...Always ask WHY?
When organization like “This Ain’t hell… “ attacks someone
always ask WHY?
For the most part, they have done some great exposures but it
seems they believe themselves infallible. When shown they aren’t, they will do
whatever they can to hide that fact.
They need to admit their errors and move on. But narcissists can’t.
Go to go back to work.

If you want the odds to be better that TAH being half criminals and non-military people then provide some real credentials of who you all are.
Its pretty old to claim that ANYONE that comes here to defend ANYONE is a sock puppet. Then again maybe all of you ARE sock puppets for the blog moderator.
All you people do is curse, make fun of and just cause bad mojo for people. You aren’t doing anything to protect vets, if anything you using “veteran” status make us REAL vets look bad.
