My flight experience, rating and logbook

I am a FAA certified Commercial pilot instrumented rated and instructor.
I have in excess of 2000 flight hours and have all my log books.

They claims that they say I wrote about flying a C130H in Iraq is an outright lie...I can't even find any reference to it on the internet.

But what torques their props is that I have photos of orientation rides in an F-4, a T-37 and T-38.
I also have F-4 simulator time at Bergstrom AFB and they were very kind to actually add that to my flight log book.  These rides are routinely offered to anyone that has an interest in those planes and has connections.

For the F-4 sim I have .3 hrs, in a T-37 I have stick time of .3 and .7. In a T-38 Talon, I have stick time of .5
Just ask your congressman you too can get a orientation ride.

I have ferried many types of aircraft but what these idiots don't know is that you don't have to be a multi-engine pilot to fly right seat and get time legally.

To post those entries would expose my friends names to the same terrorizing these bastards have done to me so don't ask.

As I said before the CAP and TXSG have provided me opportunities that many will never have.  Their not asking me about it and demanding proof in their manufactured understanding of what they think I did is why we are here.

After 1996 I lost my flight medical because of failing health.

Hacking it can happen to you!

As answered VERY early in their blog this happened as early as 2001 and ended in 2005.  During this time it is just a handful of email name blocks and that is just that.
During this time extreme illness facing death several times that eventually resulted in a diagnosis of cancer on Oct 24, 2004.
Its not an excuse it is fact. I was heavily medicated and do not remember doing that.

Be that as it may in 2006 a man named Parker and some of his computer experts (Ian and Atkinson) started an attack on me because I discovered he came to the United States illegally by joining his brother and opened an investigative practice in Florida.

Atkinson's grind on me was because I did what everyone does, copied a photo on his website that showed places to hide microphones and other devices and thus became his "claim" that I stole his website. How the hell do one steal a website?

He manufactured evidence and did hacks that he was sued for.  He admitted this and removed what he did in exchange for me dropping the suit.

I see now that there are still recriminates of his hacks still in the wild.

Look closely there are 2 email sigs on the Bionic pages.  Why 2?  because one is what I did and the other on top of those signatures is his.

If you look at the ID number below that is a reference for the account to keep it because of scientific rules of the SETI program.  The register according to the webmaster was accessed many many times with the incorrect passwords, in short being hacked.  When entry was gain by Parker he changed the password and now I cannot get into that file, so........

I am a retired member of an organization that is part of the United States Air Force.  It is the ONLY official organization of the USAF called the Civil Air Patrol.  It is the Auxiliary of the USAF.  It didn’t start off as a corporation it was a group of very heroic people that for one reason or another couldn’t serve but could still help during WW2.  Later it became a civilian corporation in title only for liability and tax purposes only.

My record with them involving 2 retirements, is exemplary and cover approximately 30 (23.5) years.  

Today’s CAP is not the same when I entered in 1982.  Many things have changed; uniform wear and other things  including how one is addressed.

To get to the point, no regulation existed at that time how an email signature had to be labeled to wit the following are seen in emails and letters from all ranks:

Rank, Name, USAF Aux CAP

Name, CAP, Rank

Rank, Name, USAFaCAP

In a regulation dated after my first retirement the official signature was thus:

Name, Rank, CAP

United State Air Force Auxiliary

And has changed 2 more times to address the ranting’s of people like you demanding CLARITY.

On EVERY I.D. are the four words UNITED STATES AIR FORCE

Even in federal service a National Guards men uniform say ARMY or USAF yet it is understood to be part of that organization.

What this means is simply this…What was written was not any attempt to “pretend” to be anything since it was never used to get any services, goods, money, or ANYTHING.  It was just me being lazy back then in between my retirements. PERIOD! Never used before or since over 8 years ago.

If you had ANY integrity in your “Exposing” process you would have called me or written me and asked if I was USAF like many have in the past on Facebook, I have always responded NO, I am CAP and proud of it. Because of CAP I got to do things most never do in Federal service or the civilian world.

Since you have no evidence of anything except out of context statements by your own body as supposed “evidence” you then tried to defame the Texas State Guard of which I am honorably serving as a non-commissioned officer.

So what do we have here…on me being lazy for a few email signatures (approx. 5)  that I don’t even remember while retired during a period of extreme illness via Cancer (AML3).  On you stalking, harassment and violation of copy write which all of my emails and photos have a warning on…..

Why didn’t I respond before now?

Why should I?  I mean it’s not like you folks are anything of importance are you?  Nothing of what you do would be admissible in any criminal court because the “investigating” you do is a joke!

I have read this and was amazed by how many people get to just vomit crap onto a page and its believed.

You are not licensed which is a felony in some states (yes I have alerted them about all of you) and lack the basic understanding of interjecting your own biases’ into what and who you investigate.  If you were a licensed professional you would know this but your “hit and run” tactics of posting all over the internet THEN informing the poor soul of what you have done lends to this massive error in judgment on your part and a massive slandering of innocent persons and organizations.

Your work is out of context, you provide no query as to intent and you rely on persons that have nothing better to do than yell, curse, name-call, slander, accuse and blame others for your own failings in this world.

Because you violated my Asperger’s son’s privacy and did more damage like Dora did to him.  One of your “members” DID hack his email account, and posted that letter to an open board and then claim conveniently that was there all along.  My son has filed criminal charges with the FBI and he wants their ass delivered to him on a platter.  He has rights that all of you violated especially after he got (what you posted) removed and you again posted the cached version of it.

On my collimation PhD degree (which means a Bach-PhD program)

In the early beginnings of the education system beginning to offer courses over the internet many universities hit the waves with offers some legitimate and some not.  Unfortunate for me Kennedy University which claimed existence since 1982 did not have any report of it being a diploma mill, in fact it was registered with the state of Wyoming as a legitimate post-secondary educational system able to confer degrees from Bachelors through PhD.

They never said their degrees were for licensure and as such I was looking to keep my mind active and to increase my education during the extensive Chemo for ALM3  but that is for a latter discussion.  This gave me a goal to look forward to in dealing with real college professors from across the U.S. from my hospital bed and then from home that was contracted by KWU.  This education was not cheap by any means and I learned a lot.

After I had set up an externship through two licensed psychologists with my goal to learn the process of evaluation and identification of psychological impairments I finished my dissertation and was conferred the PhD in psychology.

 

In 2005 I learned of an investigation by the department of education into KWU because a school load was granted for an applicant that did not exist, in fact it was a dog.  It was then I learned that the credentialing institution for KWU was in fact owned by the same persons that owned KWU.  In 2005 it was declared a diploma mill because 2 counselors were caught selling transcripts to undercover agents of the DOE.

There were many students like me that sued and got nothing in return; huge expenses and a degree that had no value.  Though I had what I had learned it still was a bust.

No sinister attempt by me to pull one off, just taken for a ride like the rest of the 293 students in programs ranging from bachelors’ to PhD.’s.  That degree was never used for any license because it was never designed to be for that and was never used in a court proceeding.

My other degrees are very real.  They are from Colorado Technical University.  Your slanderous tones about them being fake have been received by CTU’s counsel as well as screen shots should you try and “change” things again and they are taking action against you as I have been told but I doubt you will acknowledge this.

This is yet ANOTHER altered lie about me promoted by you and your minions’.

On the ACFEI being “Fake as Fuck”

Once again an amateurish attempt to discredit an organization because I am associated with it.

If you have EVER seen the news you know reporters that have a need to increase their viewership outright lie to get it.

Remember Connie Chung and the exploding F-150 gas tank she rigged saying the EVERY F-150 was capable of exploding if hit from the side? Just to name one of hundreds of examples that are easily found on the internet these days.

If you search long and hard enough you will find someone to agree with what you want to claim no matter the facts.

This is just another example of the amateurish unprofessional actions of your minions.

This blog attack on me is an excellent example of mob mentality and character assassination.  Here no PROOF is required for accusations from hidden real-name/persons.

Here any comment is believed unless it deviates from your group goal of attacking a non-perfect person. 

I wonder how many of you would stand-up to this same type of lying and attacks from persons that didn’t like you that found a central place to spew forth all your hatred and emotional vomit.

To sum up here is a breakdown:

No criminal actions here because they never happened.

If a tenth of what the x claims was true why isn’t there an arrest for those things on me let alone a conviction(s)?

Why is there NO family violence forms report or claims and why is it there are NO PROTECTIVE ORDERS ISSUED EVER?  I think the answer is simple, because she is a delusional liar that is a diagnosed bipolar that refuses to be medicated. And I have proof of that.

Michele Harvey PhD was her first shrink, then Dr. Graham in Hurst that did medical management for her depression and delusions.  Then there is her commitment to Springwood psychiatric in the H.E.B area for 6 months and the list continues.  

She has a long and publicly verifiable history of mental illness that I found out after I married her.

She also knew of my previous marriages and it wasn’t a problem when she said yes to marry me.  

It’s only an issue when she wants to play the victim again, and again, and again.

Now to address another thing I was told today by my C.O., this witch hunt has to stop and I mean now. 

Your criminal hacking, theft of copy written photographs and material from my books, ghost dialing and harassment is now in the realm of criminal conspiracy to stalk, harass, and defame.

While the exact citation escapes me, the D.A’s office will get it right.
